pic via. domestifluffI finally got around to trying something I have been meaning to try for quite some time, Almond Butter. I am already a fan of almonds and enjoyed this version too. It is basically peanut butter but with almonds instead; the texture was like that of natural pb (mine was ground at the store) but with a richer flavor. I have beeen enjoying the spread on various items, this morning was on cinnamon raisin bread along with honey drizzle. Yummy!

The pic. isn't of mine but looks the same ... i got mine @ ingles but you can find @ most stores near the pb
