Simple & Healthy


My life has been full of changes  these past few months, including lifestyle changes ... towards happy and healthy living.  I have been really making an effort to improve my health and physical fitness; this includes eating more foods that are non-processed and full of natural goodness.  Honestly, you really do feel a lot better in all categories of life when you spend the time to take care of yourself.  So, my lunches (like the one above) are not only good for the body but good for my soul these days too.
